Greetings from Quiet Day in Ukraine. Tomorrow is Election Day, but today, millions of Ukrainian voters are sitting at home and pondering the choice they’ll make in the voting booth tomorrow. (Except probably not, because it’s a gorgeous spring day here in Kyiv and after the circus of last three weeks, everyone needs a goddamned break.)
